User Agreement and Copyright Notice

1. Sidelign Studios (hereafter referred to as Sidelign) is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. Duplication, disclosure and/or use in any other manner by the United States is subject to all restrictions stated and set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

Sidelign expressly disclaims any representation, warranty or responsibility in relation to any information, goods or services offered, accessed or obtained through the Sidelign website; the operation or quality of Sidelign Website, whether the Sidelign website will be uninterrupted or error free; any obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information (although Sidelign's current practice is to maintain such confidentiality where reasonable to do so); or the results to be obtained from use of Sidelign Portal. To the extent permitted by law, Sidelign expressly disclaims any warranties, whether expressed or implied, as to the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or standard of quality of Sidelign Portal and any such information, goods or services offered, accessed or obtained through theSidelign Portal.
